How does ShareMySpace work?
If you have office space available or desks to share the first thing you need to do is click on ShareMySpace.
If you have never used the site before it will ask you to register your business and if you have, it will ask you to login.
Once you have registered your business it will take you to a page where you can select the List space available button.
This will take you to Create listing where you fill in the space available. Next you can preview your space available
to make sure you are happy with your listing. To list space available is free for the first six months, until June 2007.
If you want your property to be given more prominence on the site, in addition to your space listing you can list your
property under feature properties banner. This costs £100 per month, per property.
This is the only charge on the whole website.
If you are looking for a desk or some office space and you want an office sharer to contact you then you need to
click on space wanted and then click on post your space requirements.
If you have not registered the site will take you to the registration page where you need to register and then register your business details and finally your
space requirements. This means a potential office sharer may contact you via the website, not directly.
The advantage of this is you probably will not need to search any longer, rather potential sharers will look for you.
What does it cost?
Nothing.
If you want to register your property it is free until June 2007.
If you want to register that your business is looking for property it’s free.
If you want your property to be listed as a featured property there is a monthly charge
for each property listed. The charge is £100 per property.
What types of properties can be listed?
Any properties which are less than 2,000 square feet or less than a three year lease.
